Orange Wine Cask Finished - Country marmalade, butterscotch and hints of dried tobacco on the nose lead to a palate of candied oranges, tropical fruits with a swirl of gentle peat smoke and a smooth, buttery and clean finish.

Sherry Cask Finished - A nose of Medjool dates, sultanas and polished wood leads to dark chocolate, sun-dried dates, wood spice with a whiff of smoke on the palate, with a rich, warming and lingering finish.
